The Home Depot stood alone in second, while Ace Hardware tied for sixth with apparel retailer Abercrombie & Fitch.
This recognition is based on the evaluation of omnichannel services such as supply chain efficiency, loyalty programs, payment options, and customer service, across nine criteria including buy online, pick-up in-store capabilities, and curbside pickup. The achievement underscores the importance of creating a unified shopping experience across all consumer touchpoints, a strategy that has positioned these hardware retailers as leaders in the evolving retail landscape.
Ace Hardware also recently secured the No. 5 spot on the Franchise Times’ Top 400 List, ranking top franchises.
